This panel discussion focuses on self-advocacy in professional and personal settings. Advocating for yourself can be hard at times, especially as a female in male-dominated fields. Additionally, this year, with the pandemic requiring most things to be done virtually, currently established boundaries have become even more blurred, with individuals, particularly females, taking on more roles and responsibilities. Our panelists, with diverse backgrounds and viewpoints, share their stories and lessons learned.
