Using current evidence-based practices to bridge the gap between patient care and care recommendation, ensuring healthcare professionals are not only aware of current practice but are utilizing them in patient care settings. This will be accomplished by increasing competence and knowledge on treatment protocols in the dementia disease space through a targeted case-based education method to educate the clinical field on how to incorporate new treatment options into their care management plans.
